I was referred to Mike by a friend who had their home inspected by him. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to us. I called Mike several times after the inspection just to answer some questions and he was available and friendly. I would hire him again in an instant.

I found Mike through a yahoo search and hadn't heard of his company one week ago.

The thoroughness of his inspection and his efforts to educate me on my home were extremely impressive.

The seller did not have the electricity on when we first entered the home, and Mike went above and beyond by coming back on another occasion, free of charge, to complete the inspection.

I have gotten home inspections previously, in this instance I felt that I received a value for the purchase price where I never have before.
